StandWithUs Saidoff Legal applauds the June 20, 2025, unanimous decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in Fuld v. PLO and U.S. v. PLO, upholding the ability of American victims of foreign terrorism to sue the Palestine Liberation Organization (“PLO”) and Palestinian Authority (“PA”) in U.S. federal courts. StandWithUs is proud to have submitted an amicus brief in the case, with sixteen other amicus groups, advocating for victims of terrorism seeking justice.
The amicus brief tracked the long history of the PLO and PA’s system for rewarding and encouraging terrorism through compensation (“Pay for Slay”). The brief detailed how multiple Americans were murdered, both Jewish and non-Jewish, by the PLO and PA. StandWithUs expresses tremendous gratitude to the law firms of Holtzman Vogel Baran Torchinsky & Josefiak PLLC and Haynes and Boone, LLP, which represented the amici and played an instrumental role in drafting and filing the amicus brief.
