Los Angeles, CA/Chicago, IL — November 3, 2025) — StandWithUs, an international education organization that supports Israel and combats antisemitism, is proud to announce a transformative $1 million gift from the Fish Family and Workplace Law Partners, P.C. to expand the capacity and impact of StandWithUs Saidoff Law, the legal arm of StandWithUs in its fight against antisemitism.
This landmark gift establishes the Fish Family and Workplace Law Partners StandWithUs Legal Fund and creates a new full-time position: Litigation Counsel and Director of Community Affairs. Together, these initiatives will strengthen StandWithUs’ ability to confront the rise of antisemitism in workplaces and in the community through legal action, strategic impact litigation, community engagement, and education.
“This partnership is about justice, courage, and sustainability,” said Roz Rothstein, CEO and Co-Founder of StandWithUs. “The Fish Family and Workplace Law Partners are empowering us to protect Jewish professionals, defend civil rights, and create precedent-setting cases that make workplaces safer and more inclusive for all.”
StandWithUs Saidoff Law is a national leader in addressing antisemitism through its law group. With a growing team of staff attorneys and a network of over 600 pro bono partners, StandWithUs has already resolved thousands of cases that have come through its intake.  Workplace Law Partners, founded by David Fish, is a Chicago-based employment law firm dedicated to protecting workers’ rights in cases involving discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, sexual harassment, and other workplace injustices. The Fish Family, based in Chicago, actively supports a range of charitable and Jewish organizations committed to justice, education, and community empowerment.
The new Litigation Counsel and Director of Community Affairs position will focus on advancing impact litigation and providing legal support to individuals in the community experiencing antisemitic discrimination, harassment and hate crimes—particularly addressing workplace discrimination, Title VII violations, and related civil rights challenges. The new Legal Fund will provide critical resources to pursue strategic cases, covering expenses such as filing fees, expert witnesses, and discovery, while enabling StandWithUs Saidoff Law to build a self-sustaining litigation model through fee recoveries and reinvestment.
“Workplace antisemitism is one of the most urgent yet overlooked forms of discrimination in today’s society,” said David Fish, Founding Partner of Workplace Law Partners. “Through this partnership, we’re ensuring that employees who face antisemitism have strong legal advocates by their side—and that justice is pursued wherever intolerance takes root.”
Dana Fish added, “Confronting antisemitism in the workplace is more critical now than ever before. It is at its highest level in our lifetimes, and we’re honored to join forces with StandWithUs to drive meaningful, lasting change.”
This gift—the largest single investment to date in StandWithUs’ legal advocacy focused exclusively on workplace discrimination—reflects the urgent and growing need to protect Jewish employees and communities across North America. It also builds upon the success of StandWithUs Saidoff Law in expanding its national network, which now includes dedicated attorneys working to fight antisemitism in K–12 schools, college campuses, and local communities.
“We are deeply grateful to the Fish Family for their vision and leadership,” said Yossi Held, Executive Director of StandWithUs Midwest. “Their commitment ensures that our community not only responds to antisemitism but proactively shapes the legal and moral framework that safeguards future generations.”
Yael Lerman, Director of StandWithUs Saidoff Law added, “After October 7, 2023, StandWithUs Saidoff Law had seen a sharp rise in reports of antisemitic discrimination and harassment in the workplace and beyond, necessitating a team of lawyers at StandWithUs singularly focused on addressing these issues. We are honored and thrilled to partner with the Fish Family and Workplace Law Partners, P.C. to ensure that those who are targeted for antisemitism will have access to the top lawyers, legal strategy and justice that they deserve.”
The Fish Family Workplace Justice Initiative marks a major milestone in the evolution of StandWithUs’ legal work—establishing the first national legal initiative dedicated to fighting antisemitism in the workplace while building a sustainable model for long-term advocacy.
