The StandWithUs Saidoff Legal Department wrote a second time to the organizers of Big Bad Con, a gaming convention scheduled for October 2024 in California, to express disappointment over their capitulation to pressure from radical activists to declare the convention an “anti-Zionist space.” StandWithUs reminded the organizers that exclusionary policies targeting and excluding Zionist Jews and Israelis puts the convention at risk of violating civil rights laws.
