StandWithUs and the Tufts chapter of Alums for Campus Fairness wrote to Tufts University on November 22, 2023, to express our concerns about the recent activities of Tufts Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP). SJP’s explicit violations of the Tufts Student Code of Conduct have stoked the flames of antisemitism and created a hostile environment for Jewish students to learn and live. We urge Tufts to follow in the footsteps of Columbia University, Brandeis University, and others by sanctioning Tufts SJP to the fullest extent that university policies allow.
