Influencer Manager & TikTok Content Creator

Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, and making an impact? StandWithUs is looking for a creative, driven individual to join our dynamic social media team. As an Influencer Manager and TikTok Content Creator, you’ll manage influencer partnerships and create engaging, original content that highlights the incredible work of StandWithUs, amplifying the story of Israel and the Jewish people.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture influencer relationships to expand the reach and success of our campaigns.
Coordinate influencer collaborations, including outreach, content briefings, and performance analysis.
Lead content creation on TikTok, producing and posting 8-10 pieces weekly.
Generate at least three high-quality, original TikTok videos daily.
Manage the StandWithUs TikTok account, driving engagement, follower growth, and sentiment.
Experiment with fresh, creative ideas while staying open to feedback.
Develop cross-platform content strategies to resonate with diverse audiences.
Stay on top of TikTok trends and leverage them effectively in our content.
Provide actionable insights on social media trends to support the broader social and marketing teams.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in influencer management, including partnership development and performance tracking.
A strong passion for TikTok content creation and expertise in short-form video platforms.
Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in both English and Hebrew.
Proficiency with TikTok algorithms and a solid understanding of social media strategies.
A proven track record of producing engaging, high-quality short-form content.
Familiarity with video editing tools like Premiere, Final Cut, or similar.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
