ABOUT
StandWithUs High School empowers teens to become informed, confident leaders in their schools and communities. Through dynamic educational programming, we equip students with the tools to recognize and respond to antisemitism and push back against misinformation and disinformation about Israel and the Jewish people.
At the heart of our work is the Leventhal High School Internship, a prestigious year-long program that trains exceptional 11th and 12th grade students to be knowledgeable, articulate, and effective activists. Interns lead peer-to-peer educational initiatives, develop public speaking and leadership skills, and create impactful programming.
Beyond the Internship, our department partners directly with high schools across the country to deliver engaging educational programs that promote critical thinking and deepen understanding of the Jewish community. We advance Holocaust education and lead Jewish American Heritage Month initiatives, highlighting pivotal moments in Jewish history and the profound contributions of Jewish Americans to society.
Whether through classroom presentations, student-led campaigns, or district-level advocacy, StandWithUs High School is actively addressing the critical challenges facing the Jewish community within youth spaces and in education.
