Actress Sydney Sweeney beamed as she met with freed Israeli hostages Noa Argamani and Avinatan Or, following their release from Hamas captivity in Gaza.
The “Euphoria” star was pictured smiling, with her arms around Argamani and Or, who were both kidnapped by the terrorists on Oct. 7, 2023, after the bloodthirsty militants stormed the Nova music festival they had been attending.
A heartwarming picture of the three together was shared by the nonprofit pro-Israel advocacy organization StandWithUs, with many taking to social media to applaud Sweeney and thank her.
“Turns out it’s not just the jeans that fit well, it’s the values too,” Itai Biran, a diplomat at the Israeli Consulate General to the Midwest in Chicago, posted on X.
“Brilliant actor, and genuinely admirable to see her take the time to meet them and show support,” the UK National Jewish Assembly gushed.
Argamani was held hostage by Hamas for 245 days before being freed on June 8, 2024, while her partner, Or, was held for 738 days, finally being freed in October 2025 after over two years in captivity.
